During a particularly difficult time, Kirstin found massage as her only time to release both physically and mentally. This inspired her to learn the same techniques to help others, starting with friends and family then completing a Diploma in Remedial Massage and transitioning into a career in massage. Through Kirstin’s journey she discovered the importance of placing intention. We are attracted to positive energy. She focuses daily on cleansing the negative to make room for the positive to flow into her life and this intent carries through to clients, enhancing their treatment and connecting the mental intent to relax and heal their bodies.
